এটা হইতেছে একটা ডিমোটিভেশনাল পোষ্ট।

দেখুন আমি সব সময় পজিটিভ লিখা লিখতে পছন্দ করি।যেটা পড়ে একজন মানুষের হলেও কোনো পজিটিভ চেঞ্জ আসবে। সবাই কিছু না কিছু করুক।নিজের ভালো হোক,দেশের ভালো হোক।

স্পেসালি বিজনেস ব্যাপারটাকে প্রমোট করি বেশি। যদিও ২০২০ এর পর থেকে এমনিতেই অনলাইন বিজনেস এর জোয়ার চলতেছে।

কিন্তু এর নেগেটিভ সাইড নিয়ে কখন ও কিছু বলা হয়নি।কেউ বলেও না। সাথে একটা নৌকা আছে বলেই সমুদ্রে ঝাপ দেওয়াটা বোকামী। সমুদ্রে ওয়েদার সব সময় এক রকম থাকে না।ঝড় আসলে কি করবেন? সমুদ্রের আবার ম্যাপ আছে। হিসেব করে বের করতে পারবেন সামনের ডাংগায় পৌছাইতে কতো দিন লাগবে।সেই অনুযায়ী খাবার দাবার,প্রিপারেশন নিয়ে যাত্রা শুরু করতে পারবেন। জীবন নামের সমুদ্রের এমন কোনো পারফেক্ট ম্যাপ ও রেডি থাকেনা।

সবচেয়ে ইম্পরট্যান্ট হচ্ছে ডাংগার সেফ সিকিউরড কম্ফোর্টেবল লাইফ ছেড়ে সমুদ্রে নামতে হইলে লাগে প্রচুর মানসিক শক্তি। যেই ফ্যাক্টর টাকে নামার আগ পর্যন্ত কেউই আমলে নেয় না।

আর এটাই বাস্তবতা।আমরা অনেকেই চাকুরীর চাপে ত্যাক্ত বিরক্ত হয়ে নিজেরে মুক্ত করার জন্য বিজনেসের দিকে ঝুকি।কিন্তু নামার পরে চরম ভাবে হতাশ হই। জবে অন্যের কাজে ফাকি দেওয়া গেলেও বিজনেসে যায় না। নিজেরে কখনো নিজেই ফাকি দেওয়া যায় না।
মোট কথা চোখে পড়ার মতো বিজনেস ম্যান হওয়া টার্গেট হইলে আপনার জীবনে ছুটি বলতে কিছু থাকবেনা। অন্তত ইনিশিয়াল ৫/৭ বছরে না। এই কথায় কোনো যদি কিন্তু নাই। চিন্তা করুন প্রেশার টা।

একটা বিজনেসের গ্রোথ সব সময় এক রকম যায় না। ঝুকি হীন বিজনেস বলতে দুনিয়াতে কিছু নাই। ক্যলাকুলেশন করে ঝুকি ছকের মধ্যে আনা যায় মাত্র। আপনার বিজনেস যতো বড়, হারানোর জিনিষ ততো বেশি সাথে রিস্ক ও। প্রত্যেকটা সকাল বেলা যেইভাবে খুব আরামসে হেলে দুলে ঘুম থেকে উঠেন আমাদের সকাল তেমন না। এক গাদা কাজের লিস্ট আর তার চেয়েও বেশি মানসিক চাপ নিয়েই উঠতে হয়। এই চাপ আপনারে সারা জীবন বইতে হবে।

Product, Price, Placement এর কাজ গুলা তো চোখেও পরে না!এগুলাও করতে হয়। আর আপনিও বিজনেস করতে আসলে এ সব গুলা আপনাকেই সামলাতে হবে।ফাকি দিবেন,নিজেই পিছাবেন। অনেক পার্টনার নিবেন? ভেজাল কম নাই।

এর পর আছে সমুদ্রের ঝড়ের মতো বিজনেসের ঝড়। আপনার বিজনেসে আপনার ভুল ভ্রান্তির দায়ভার,ফলাফল সব আপনার।অফিসের মতো রাজনীতি করে কারো উপরে চাপাইতে পারবেন না।আর ভুল তো বস করবেন ই। রাতে ঘুম ধরবে?

তাই আপনাদের কাছে একটা অনুরোধ।অন্যের সাক্সেস দেখে বিজনেসে আইসেন না। জানেন তো? ৯৫% বিজনেস ৫ বছরের আগেই ধংশ হয়ে যায়।
