You are welcome.

Please read these terms carefully if you are interested in our products.

- Order must be made one day before delivery.

- For large orders of more than 15 people, the order must be confirmed 2 days in advance.

- In case of any frozen food and nihari, the order must be confirmed 2 days before

- Delivery charges have to be paid depending on location and quantity of food.

- The full bill should be paid by bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer on the receipt of the product.

- In case of bill payment through bKash/Nagad, the bill must be paid along with the service charge.

- Home delivery of food can be done only within Dhaka

- If you want, you can collect the products at your own risk within Dhaka. In that case, no delivery charges will be applicable


If you are unwilling to accept the above terms and conditions, you must inform us of the appropriate reason. If the mentioned conditions are violated, the authorities can take necessary measures. You must read all of our terms and conditions to access any service.

নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী:

আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আপনি আমাদের পণ্যে আগ্রহী হলে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।

- অর্ডার করতে হবে ডেলিভারি নেয়ার এক দিন আগে।

- বড় অর্ডার যেমন ১৫ জনের বেশি হলে ২ দিন আগে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।

- যেকোনো ফ্রোজেন ফুড আর নিহারির ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ২ দিন আগে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে

- স্থান ভেদে এবং খাবারের পরিমাণ অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

- পণ্য হাতে পেলে সম্পূর্ন বিল বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

- বিকাশ/নগদ-এর মাধ্যমে বিল পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই সার্ভিস চার্জ সহ বিল প্রদান করতে হবে।

- শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার মধ্যেই খাবার হোম ডেলিভারি দেয়া যাবে

- ঢাকার ভেতরে আপনি চাইলে নিজ দায়িত্বেও পণ্য সংগ্রহ করে নিতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে কোন ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না


উপরোক্ত শর্তাবলী স্বীকার করতে আগ্রহী না হলে উপযুক্ত কারণ অবশ্যই আমাদের জানাবেন। উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গ করা হলে কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করতে পারবে।

যে কোন সেবা পেতে অবশ্যই আমাদের সমস্ত শর্তাবলী সম্পর্কে জেনে নিতে হবে।
