Alhamdulillah...today we have done the WEDDING CAKE SESSION at YES INSTITUTE with our lovely students.

Here they learnt a lot of techniques, methods, different types flowers and many more tips and tricks.

We enjoyed a lot when making this beautiful cake and also enjoyed delicious foods together made by them.

Alhamdulillah...we have done the FRENCH ENTREMET class of French pastry successfully.

We have done such nice techniques to make mouth watering and delish desserts.

All pastries are encased with different flavours of mousse to nice chocolate decorations and coated with glossy mirror glaze and velvet sprays.

On the 1st day you will learn the basic techniques.
Also you will decorate 4 cookies with us by your own.
