# # # **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to promote luxury hotel and resort investment packages.
* Generate leads through networking, corporate visits, exhibitions, and digital channels.
* Engage with HNWIs, real estate investors, and tourism stakeholders.
* Manage the full sales cycle: client prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closure.
* Maintain regular communication with potential and existing customers to build strong, long-term relationships.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign alignment and market intelligence.
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and meet sales targets.

# # # **Who Weâre Looking For**
**Educational Qualifications:**
* Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field.
**Experience:**
* 1â3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle/luxury products.
* Proven track record of achieving targets and building B2C or B2B client portfolios.
**Skills & Attributes:**
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
* Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently or in a team.
* Fluent in Bangla and English (spoken & written).
* Strong presentation and persuasion ability.
