Landscape gardening at the gorgeous Serlachius museum for another season. High attention to detail required and some interesting art installations that we will be contributing our plant knowledge to in collaboration with artists.

We've been getting around visiting some fascinating places. Still in Thailand and grateful to visit farms like this in the Isaan countryside. Here, our Buriram Mummu shows us her farm where they grow fruit and vegetables, herbs, graze buffalo and produce fish in a pond.

Schisandra chinenses (Palsamiköynnös). Berries are known as Five-Flavour fruit or Magnolia Berry. Native to forests of Northern China and the Russian far east. It has taken us 5 years to grow this to a point where we now have a decent crop of fruit. Complex flavour profile. Lives up to its name as the Five-Flavour fruit. Sweet, sour, salty, spicy and bitter. The leaves can also be used and when crushed produce a citrus aroma. We are pleased to offer this to restaurants in 2025 🍽

How do you like to buy your herbs? We like them in bunches just like this. No need for pots and sleeves. Anyway, we're having a great time seeing how people in the South Caucasus and Central Asia go about things. Hoping all is well with you 🙏 🇬🇪🇦🇲🇺🇿
