Samosa, tomato sauce and mint coriander leaves chutney with tea ❤️
Recipes for Samosa, Tomato Sauce, and Mint-Coriander Chutney:
*Samosa Recipe:*
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup ghee or oil
- Water, as needed
- Filling: spiced potatoes, peas, onions
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add ghee or oil and mix well.
3. Gradually add water to form a stiff dough.
4. Prepare the filling and stuff into dough cones.
5. Fry until golden brown.
*Tomato Sauce Recipe:*
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: herbs like basil or oregano
Instructions:
1. Blend tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
2. Heat olive oil and sauté the mixture.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs (if using).
4. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
*Mint-Coriander Chutney Recipe:*
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Blend mint, coriander, green chilies, onion, and ginger paste.
2. Add lemon juice and salt.
3. Adjust consistency with water.
