NOT ALL CRABS ARE HARD!

Soft shell crabs are cultured in boxes. A hard shell crab is stocked in a box, and fed regularly until it changes its shell. After molting, crabs are still soft for few hours and must be harvested immediately before the shell gets hard again.
They are processed and quickly frozen in order to lock in freshness, so you can get it in its best state.

SOFT SHELL CRAB SEASON IS BACK!

It’s music to our ears when we hear the sound of soft shell crabs in silence. After taking them out from the waters, still some water gets trapped inside the gills which give the raindrop sound when soft shell crabs breathe.
