🔥 𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 🔥

This one’s going to be a big one.

𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟬/𝟭𝟬/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟰𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀

We’re opening up for another 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 at the brewery, with:

🍺 𝟮 𝘁𝗮𝗽𝘀
- 𝟭 𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗽
- 𝟭 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗽
(you’ll have to show up to find out what’s pouring…)

And because apparently that still wasn’t enough…

🧊 𝗖𝗥𝗔𝗭𝗬 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 The B**rsteward - 𝘀𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲!

But that’s not all.

That same day we’re also celebrating the 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲-𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗿𝘀 Station 1280 🍻

We brewed a 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, and it’ll be 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟮𝟴𝟬 for the party!

And yes, our dear friends from SoCal Tacos will be there too!!

So basically:
b**r at the brewery, b**r at Station 1280, tacos, a mystery guest tap, something slushy, and general 'good' decisions being made all round.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁𝘆.

𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 - Belgium B**r Week

🍺 𝟰 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗦
📍 At the brewery
🗓 This Saturday
⏰ From 14h

Four new b**rs. Four collaborations. A fairly irresponsible amount of hops.

👻 𝗚𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 - 𝟲.𝟲% 𝗧𝗗𝗛 𝗛𝗔𝗭𝗬 𝗜𝗣𝗔

The third stop in the Uncharted Outposts series - a travelling project where I take full creative control on borrowed stainless.

Brewed with my legendary friends at La Source B**r Co, Ghost Frequency is a TDH Hazy IPA tuned to a different wavelength. Loud with tropical fruit and wrapped in dense haze, it emerges from the static like a whisper in an empty room.

𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 • 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗰 • 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻

⏰ 𝗜𝗧’𝗦 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 - 𝟴.𝟬% 𝗛𝗔𝗭𝗬 𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗜𝗣𝗔

Collab with the amazing Folkingebrew in Groningen, NL.

Packed with Citra & Enigma - bright citrus up front, followed by tropical fruit, white grape and that subtle berry-like Enigma character.

𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮 • 𝗘𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮

🏝 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗕𝗢 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗦 - 𝟱.𝟬% 𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗦

Collab with the killer gang at Wild Horse Brewing Co in North Wales.

Loaded with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Motueka - bursting with sticky tropical fruit before finishing crisp, clean and lean.

𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮 • 𝗡𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝘃𝗶𝗻 • 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗰 • 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝘂𝗲𝗸𝗮

🍷 𝗜𝗞 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗞 𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗝𝗞 𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗝𝗡 - 𝟲.𝟬% 𝗛𝗔𝗭𝗬 𝗜𝗣𝗔

Collab with the Godfathers of Craft at Dok Brewing Company in Ghent & the ever-experimenting The B**rsteward.

We had this b**r inhale & swallow copious amounts of Dolcita, Anchovy & Nectaron to ensure a ruthless hop-plosion in your mouth.

𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮 • 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘃𝘆 • 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻

𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧’𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗟…

Our absolute sweetheart neighbours at Station 1280 will be showcasing 𝟴 - yes, EIGHT - taps of delicious Belgian delights, and their fridge will be LOADED as well.

So come down this Saturday for a collaborative hop-explosion in the centre of Antwerp. 🍻

☘️ Off to Ireland for my annual pilgrimage… 🇮🇪

The brewery might be quiet for a couple of weeks, but I couldn’t leave without dropping three fresh hop bombs first.

💥 My Brain Is Connected To My Beard – 6.6% DDH Hazy IPA
🌋 Molten Universe – 6.7% DDH Hazy IPA
🤪 Weird Works Too!!! – 6.3% DDH Hazy IPA

If you’re in Belgium, grab them while they’re fresh. I’ll be somewhere on the Wild Atlantic Way with a pint in hand, pretending I don’t have a brewery🍺

Sláinte! 💚

There’s Nothing Wrong With A Bit Of Darkness!

Lean, bitter, and just a little brooding — There’s Nothing Wrong With A Bit Of Darkness is a 6.8% Black West Coast IPA that embraces the shadows without losing its bite.

Whirlpooled with Cascade, then dry-hopped with Cryo Citra, more Cascade, Amarillo, and Maui Nelson, it delivers citrus brightness over roasted depth and a crisp, dry finish.

Cascade brings grapefruit pith & classic pine

Cryo Citra adds punchy citrus, mango & soft haze

Amarillo offers orange zest & subtle florals

Maui Nelson cuts through with white grape & tropical lift

Roasty, resinous, and unapologetically dark.
