Made this one on request. So, later today a birthdaygirl will enjoy this beauty for her birthday 🎂. Can't think of a tastier way to start your party!

First time Chocolate Cheesecake

So the thing about Cheesecake... it has to set in the fridge overnight. Which gives you 2 options: wait another 10 hours 'till you can have it for dessert, or (my personal preference) get yourself some cheesecake for breakfast 😏
Think I'll just do both!

Chocolate Hipster Pie 👌
My first gluten- and lactosefree experiment turned out to be the most fluffy chocolatepie I've ever tasted!
Topped off with some powdered sugar, but I think it would be great with some red fruit & (lactose free😉) whipped cream!

Hmm... I probably shouldn't eat half the pie before taking a picture... But there's something about the apple & pie combo I just can't resist 😍.
