This Friday we’re taking over the basement of The Fisherman, Dogma cocktails ’s fresh baby brother, for the very first edition of AAANTWERP (Beleef Antwerpen).

On the plate: an Irish Mór oyster with Laphroaig and ponzu.
In the glass: a handful of w**es Trésor Vets picked to take it on.

Update from your favorite weatherman Trésor Vets:
We’re expecting a sunny Sunday afternoon crisp like a fresh Riesling.

So, we’re opening the doors to the beautiful gardens of august antwerp and moving our Sunday Sip outside!

This allows for some walk-ins so even though we’re completely full, you might just still get in. Those who RSVP’d get priority so come early!

A year ago Club d’Amis was officially born ✨

New here? Short version: one of us knows everything about w**e. The other two know nothing.

Two of us knew nothing about w**e. Trésor knew everything. That is how this started.

We kept finding bottles we loved in restaurants and then standing in a shop with no idea how to find them again. So we stopped looking. Trésor tastes, we drink, the good ones end up in a package. He writes something about every bottle. Read it, ignore it, learn it by heart and act like you always knew.

You do not have to search. That part is handled.

Most tastings build up to the biggest w**e. Stéphane Tissot ends with the lightest.

Poulsard is pale enough to be mistaken for rosé, juicy, and fragile. The perfect bottle to go with the hot weather! After a row of concentrated reds, it’s the bottle that resets the table. “It works after every red,” he says.

William’s verdict, offered with the greatest possible respect: lemonade.
