Jitsk chocolates: A new generation of chocolates Net naast de brouwzaal opende hij een chocoladeatelier en een winkel. Jitsk is jong, maar enorm gepassioneerd.

Jitsk “They are like a circus in your mouth”, zei de Consul van Qatar na het proeven van Jitsk Heynincks pralines. De 24-jarige chocolatier reisde de wereld rond met zijn chocoladecreaties, maar binnenkort landt hij in Antwerpen. Jitsk: “Met mijn chocolade wil ik voor kwaliteit en eenvoud staan. Geen onnodige praal, maar wel liefde voor het product. Ik wil 100 % smaak en vooral eerlijke producten. Chocolade, pralines, roomijs, patisserie, delicatessen.

We make every single part of it entirely ourselves: we shell our own hazelnuts, roast and caramelize them in-house for a rich, flavorful filling, and coat them in our signature Jitsk chocolate. 🍫
