From the second half of August to the first half of July, the blendery is open every Saturday morning from 10h30 to 13h for selling to individuals and unformal tour of the blendery. We don't open on Saturdays from the 15th of JULY to the 15th of AUGUST (included)

Formal group visits with tastings included are possible from Monday to Saturday on appointment for group of minimum 10 people.

After several years of brewing on our own premises, the time has finally come to launch the very FIRST WALLOON GUEUZE, blended exclusively from our organic lambics.

- GUEUZE DU TILLEUL À L'ANCIENNE - BIO (7%, 75cl & 37,5cl) is made from a blend of our own 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics brewed from organically grown malted barley (60 %) and wheat (40 %), and overaged hops. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was refermented and matured in the bottle for more than one year.

1 OTHER NEW CUVÉE FROM THE FAMILY TREE AVAILABLE :

- GUEUZE TILQUIN À L'ANCIENNE – CUVÉE DU CROLET was blended on February 02, 2025 in honor of Charles Tilquin (1839-1895), known as le Crolet for his curly hair, Pierre's great-great-grandfather, with 10% 1-year old lambics, 30% 2-year-old lambics and 60% 3-year-old lambics. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it has been refermented and matured in bottle for over 1 year.

Which means that we have now 8 different cuvées from the Family Tree Project available !

- For first time since the start of the FAMILY TREE PROJECT, we can propose you a FAMILY TREE PACK with 12 different gueuzes, including Jean-Paul, Marie-Catherine, Paul, Renée, Arthur, Denise, du Crolet, Marguerite, Jean-Jean, Angélique, Jean-François 1759 and 1 classic gueuze.

But we also have A NEW GUEUZE WITH HONEY AVAILABLE :

- GUEUZE TILQUIN AU MIEL (9.4%) is made from the fermentation of a good quantity of honey (to really get the honey taste) in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics aged on oak barrels (for a period of 4 months, to get all sugars consumed). The honey used was a locally produced summer blossom honey. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was then refermented and matured in the bottle with again some honey, for more than one year. Sold at the shop of the blendery one bottle per person with 2 bottles of classic gueuze.

And finally, we still have a few RULLQUIN COFFEE PACK available, and yes, we sell the last cans of PETITE GUEUZE !

After several years of brewing on our own premises, the time has finally come to launch the very FIRST WALLOON GUEUZE, blended exclusively from our organic lambics.

Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the GUEUZE DU TILLEUL À L'ANCIENNE - BIO (7%, 75cl & 37,5cl) is entirely made from a blend of our own 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics brewed from organically grown malted barley (60 %) and wheat (40 %), and overaged hops. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was refermented and matured in the bottle for more than one year.

This blend is made up of 50% one-year-old lambics, 25% 2-year-old lambics and 25% 3-year-old lambics.

The first bottling took place on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. 5300 75cl bottles were produced. A second bottling took place on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. 10600 37,5cl bottles were produced.

Available since the 9th of May 2026.
