For the Summer Moments tour by .be , we designed a custom mocktail pairing to complement the menu of , perfectly served by .be .

From a tailor-made welcome drink to a matching mocktail with every dish, every serve was created to elevate the flavours on the plate and the atmosphere of the moment.

Think balsamic vinegar, pear juice, basil oil and carefully balanced flavour combinations… because when we create mocktails, we go all the way.
