This new allocation from Morey-Coffinet includes an outstanding selection of village wines, Premier Crus, and even the legendary Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru.

Under the guidance of Thibault Morey, the estate has built a reputation for producing elegant, terroir-driven wines from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards, with remarkable precision, purity and mineral tension.

Last week, while visiting friends in Ireland, we had the pleasure of opening two truly special wines from Guilbert Gillet 🍷

• Chorey-lès-Beaune les Beaumonts 2022
• Savigny-lès-Beaune 2021

Both wines showed incredible precision, purity and elegance, with beautiful freshness and energy throughout. Even though they are already drinking wonderfully today, both clearly have the structure and balance to age beautifully for many more years.

We decided to decant both bottles before tasting, which definitely helped the wines open up and reveal more depth and complexity. These are wines that reward patience — both in the glass and in the cellar.

The Chorey-lès-Beaune 2022 impressed us with its vibrant fruit and finesse, while the Savigny-lès-Beaune 2021 showed a slightly more delicate and refined character, with beautiful tension and subtle earthy notes.

A domaine that continues to surprise and impress us with every bottle we taste. 🍇✨

We still have a few bottles available for sale, but quantities are extremely limited.
