NEW 1 MONTH RESIDENCY
Born in Guadeloupe and raised in Toulouse, our next resident chef has spent the last decade cooking in acclaimed kitchens across France, Norway and Copenhagen, including Bacquié, À L’aise, Maaemo and Geranium.
After years in fine dining, he took a different path: launching his own private chef business, opening restaurants, and cooking his way across France through pop-ups and residencies, from Perpignan to Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Toulouse and Paris.
His cooking is guided by curiosity, generosity and a simple goal: making people happy around the table.
