A look back at the buffet we tailored for Le Jardin des Couleurs by 🧡

The colors, the setting and a menu that followed the same mood. From squid ink pasta salad and roasted carrots to Caribbean spiced poultry and veggie tatin, the buffet took its cues from the space around it.

Our red berry pavlova getting ready to steal the show 🍓✨

Created in honour of Anna Pavlova, the dessert was designed to feel as light as her dancing. At Witlof, we push it a bit further. Keeping the lightness, and translating that sense of movement throughout the whole composition.
