An energy bite that just feels right.
Fresh, light, not too sweet, made with caramelised ripe bananas, homemade granola with cranberries and maple syrup, and a touch of equatorial chocolate.

Our way of finding balance between movement and pleasure, without choosing one over the other.

Introducing… the cakes.

We’re really excited about these !

Chocolate. Lemon. Plant-based, of course.

Because they bring back something very simple, that cake sitting in the kitchen when we were kids. You’d walk past, cut a slice. Not for a reason, just that quiet, everyday kind of pleasure.

And honestly? That’s exactly what we wanted to recreate.

Father’s Day is around the corner !

So we teamed up with our friends at and had a little fun with their Pastis Grand Cru.

The result? The Pastaga, a fresh and sunny dessert with fennel and passion fruit jelly, a light Pastis Grand Cru mousse, soft sponge and a peanut shortbread with fleur de sel. For dads who love desserts, pastis… or both, we’ve got him covered !

Available from June 12 to 14.

Strawberries from ’T in Beersel, just outside Brussels.
Sun-ripened, picked locally, full of sweetness and that very specific smell that instantly feels like spring.

Underneath: a strawberry tartlet, vanilla mousse, and candied lemon bringing a little freshness to the whole thing.

Simple things, done at the right moment.
That’s really what Fraisia is about.

Brookies, cookies, Sanguinello, biscuits… you name it.

We’ve been growing our biscuit range, for kids, AND for everyone else actually.

It started with all the parents coming in every week, picking up little treats for their kids.
They love them, and it feels good knowing it’s made with good, simple ingredients.

So we keep going.
