At the baking oven - or rather at the saj - are standing women with migration background: they share with you their family recipes and the culinary traditions from their country of origin. Through empowerment, participation, co-creation, and the sharing of knowledge and skills, these women build self-confidence and can grow further. They take control of their future, they let you embrace cultural diversity. Our recipes, our future!

Hello, hello! This Friday 24/1, La Fourna will exceptionally not serve lunch .brussels. We'll be back on Friday 31/1!
Also, La Fourna .taxis will be closed this Friday 24/1 (but we're open tomorrow!).

De Apero Box van La Fourna: een ideetje voor kerst? 🎄

Imagine this: freshly baked Moroccan and Lebanese flatbreads, soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Perfect for slicing and pairing with our homemade dips.

Welke dips? 🧐
🔸 Baba Ganoush: een zachte auberginedip met een delicate rooksmaak.
🔸 Muhammara: een smaakvolle combinatie van geroosterde paprika’s, walnoten en een pittige kick.
🔸 Hummus: romig en fris, eenvoudig maar altijd heerlijk.
🔸 Labneh: frisse, romige yoghurtkaas op smaak gebracht met kruiden zoals za’atar.
