La brasserie De Ranke vient d’ajouter un produit original, à la recette audacieuse, à sa gamme de bières. Ce « grapevine » résulte de l’assemblage de leur lambic avec le raisin d’un cépage voisin. Et le résultat se situe à mi-chemin entre une bière acide et un vin pétillant.
