Horrible experience! Ordered from TakeAway and it took 1 hour+ to arrive as the delivery person waited for 40+ minutes after coming to pick up the order. When the order arrived, it was incomplete - missing one of the meals, the Macaroni classic. I called to complain and was received with a rude employee who said he remembers putting the Mac and cheese in the bag - yet I hadn't even given my name yet. After he berated me for complaining that one of the meals was missing - he said he can do nothing and to call TakeAway. The cheesecake is the size of a small cookie, the wings are also a tiny order and the fries were also a very small serving - and the Mac and cheese is missing. All for €50. You do the math. Not worth it - especially to be treated so inconsiderately after calling to ask why the full order wasn't there (plus the added cost and time of walking to McDonalds to get another meal). I called back and got the same rudeness from the manager who said it's TakeAways's problem. Do not order from here if you're hungry or want to be treated with respect!

2020 fut une année riche (ou pauvre) en rebondissements, mais l'Horeca a continué à se réinventer. Nous tenions à remercier ces quelques clients qui nous ont fait confiance et ont parié sur l'avenir en 2020. Bravo à eux pour leur tenacité et positivisme : Poké House Brussels, Etiquette, Shrimp's Brussels, RAMBO - Snack Américain , La famille , Monsieur V , Colonel ,•Papillon• , Bap&Dak , Eat Casper , REBEL , Restaurant Umā , La Meute, Pitaya.be, et bien plus encore..., quoiqu'on en dise, l'Horeca se réinvente jour après jour et est fait de grands hommes et de grandes femmes dont les idées et la motivation n'ont pas de limite. Rendez-vous déjà pris en 2021 pour de nouvelles réalisations, nous l'espérons, grandioses !
