Some tomato miso aka TomTom Miso made for .gent . This is a really interesting miso with such a depth and character. With earthy sweet notes and the way it was used is definitely yummy in my tummy. It is really nice to see something you put love and time into, used with care and highlighted in a dish. Go try it.
