There are evenings you may never forget.

On the occasion of the Brussels Bar Show, we had the pleasure of welcoming Antonella Nonino to Restaurant Racines for an al dente evening. A bespoke menu imagined by Chef Ugo Federico was beautifully elevated by an exceptional pairing of Nonino Grappa and signature cocktails.

A truly unique experience—moving beyond the classic food and wine pairing—playful, vibrant, and showcasing the artistry of the mixologist’s craft. Thank you to Domenico and Antoine for this wonderful four-hands collaboration.

And to finish the week on a perfect note...

This was another winemaker dinner for the books with , launching 51 degrees North 2016 in magnums (n #2 of the Top 100 this year 😱😱)

Steve Kirkham, Ambassador of the winery brought the magic of Gusbourne to the tables of .be — all in rare mags — while Chef Dean Masschelein went full symphony mode with North Sea crab, smoked eel, grilled scallop + autumn truffle, turbot perfection, and the wildest hare dish.

Huge thanks to sommelier Machiel for pairing mastery and pure vibing-in-the-glass energy.

This year again, we're so happy to bring together the Belgian wine scene and our family of winemakers for this discovery tasting, the 1st one of the calendar!

Most wines will be unfinished, not aged, or even still unfiltered... No worries, the goal is to get the field "impressions" to help you understand the challenges and the potential of 2025 in a bottle.
