We've just launched the ER5 cuvée of Fleur de Miraval in Belgium and we were blown away once again by this confidential project 🤯

The occasion to share with you 10 facts that we're pretty sure you didn't know about the Champagne Rosé Fleur de Miraval.

1. PPP on the cap stands for the three families involved in the project: Pitt, Perrin and Péters.

2. The brief to create Fleur de Miraval was a contradiction in itself: a rosé-only house with a top-notch Blanc de Blancs profile. Spoiler — they pulled it off.

3. There's one recipe to make Fleur de Miraval:
50% Réserve Perpétuelle — a mix of young and old Chardonnay wines aged in tank, concrete or oak, where each harvest adds new wine and draws from the old. Same principle as a sourdough starter, or a broth.
25% infused Pinot Noir
25% Remise en Cercle — old vintage Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, reopened bottle by bottle after 8 to 20 years on lees.

4. The cuvées aren't vintaged in the classic sense... each bottle blends several vintages at once. ER5, for instance, weaves together 14 different years, only possible thanks to the Réserve Perpétuelle and Remise en Cercle methods.

5. Fleur de Miraval is the only Champagne house dedicated exclusively to rosé — and one of the very few anywhere still practicing remise en cercle, reintegrating aged Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs (some bottles as old as 1998 for ER5) back into the blend.

6. "ER" stands for Exclusivement Rosé — "Exclusively Rosé" — plus the edition number. ER5 is the latest release, launched in spring 2026.

7. With scores reaching up to 97 points (James Suckling) and 96 (Decanter), Fleur de Miraval confirms its status among the greatest Champagnes on the planet.

8. The location of Fleur de Miraval's cellar is kept a closely guarded secret.

9. Thanks to the complexity and layering of vintages in its blend, Fleur de Miraval is ready to drink now, yet it carries the depth of a much older wine. Perfect for those who don't like waiting...

10. Its bold, gastronomic profile makes it a genuine pairing wine. We tried it, we loved it.

What a Monday.

In the heart of Brussels, at the Brussels Marriott Hotel, we brought together last Monday more than 360 people — 180 wine professionals and 180 wine lovers. Different worlds, same curiosity.

And somehow, it just clicked.

Maximilian Riedel set the tone from the start. Just pure passion, energy, and an incredible way of making everyone understand (and feel) what RIEDEL is all about.

Because beyond the technique, that’s what stayed with us: how much a (Riedel) glass can actually change the experience.

It was also a special moment to celebrate 270 years of a family story. You feel that this is a family company and so we are. You feel the pride, but also the generosity in sharing it.

People were tasting, comparing, reacting, talking to each other — learning without even realizing it.

That’s when you know it worked.

We’re simply grateful. For the energy, the openness, and everyone who made the day what it was.
Thanks for coming even despite the heat 🔥.

A beautiful reminder that wine is, first and foremost, about sharing.
