Since rhubarb season is in full swing, we’re featuring it in a soft, melt-in-your-mouth tart that’s as seasonal as it gets. Almond and rhubarb frangipane, strawberry compote, bison grass ganache, hibiscus-poached rhubarb and yuzu gel.
