Funky Ferments Inspired by Miles Davis. Bi***es Brew makes funky ferments. Just like sounds, bacteria, yeast and fungus are all over. Aerobic or Anaerobic. Foods or drinks.

We capture it and make something wonderful with it. We transform simple, natural ingredients into something wonderful and tasty. You have an idea but don't know how to realise it or you're stuck at some point in the process, we advise you on how to make it reality. We produce for you with your recipe or we can create a new recipe or an innovative product for you. We work with the shortest chain po

ssible. We get our ingredients straight from the producer. Sometimes, we grow it ourselves in our permaculture garden. We care about sustainable agriculture and respect the seasons. We work root to leaf. Everything is transformed so that as little as possible goes to waste.
