Nieuwe aardappelen bevatten wat meer vocht en hebben een dunne, smaakvolle schil. Daardoor bakken je frietjes nét iets anders. En vooral... proef de smaak van een écht verse aardappel.

🥔 𝟱 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘃𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗕𝗤-𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗹
De perfecte aardappel in de schil met kruidenboter... Zo simpel én oh zo lekker.

1️⃣ Was de aardappelen goed schoon. Schillen hoeft niet.
2️⃣ Kook ze net gaar in water met zout. Niet te zacht, want ze gaan straks nog op de BBQ.
3️⃣ Wikkel ze strak in aluminiumfolie.
4️⃣ Leg 10-15 minuten op de BBQ. Draai ze tussendoor eens om.
5️⃣ Snijd open, voeg de kruidenboter toe en laat smelten.

Een gemakkelijk bijgerecht voor bij de BBQ, waarbij de patat opnieuw mag schitteren.

🥔 𝟱 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗕𝗤 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼
The perfect baked potato with herb butter... So simple and oh so delicious.

1️⃣ Wash the potatoes thoroughly. No need to peel them.
2️⃣ Boil them in salted water until just tender. Don’t overcook them, because they’ll be going on the BBQ later.
3️⃣ Wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
4️⃣ Place them on the BBQ for 10–15 minutes. Flip them over once halfway through.
5️⃣ Cut them open, add the herb butter, and let it melt.

An easy side dish for the BBQ, where potatoes get to shine once again.

🥔 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗷𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗽 𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗕𝗤? 𝗭𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗲 𝗷𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁!

Met een paar 𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 tover je krieltjes om tot een heerlijk bijgerecht voor elke barbecue. 😋
1️⃣ Kook de krieltjes net niet gaar en laat ze goed afkoelen.
2️⃣ Rijg ze aan een satéstokje. Zo draai je ze gemakkelijk om op de barbecue.
3️⃣ Bestrijk ze met zonnebloemolie en kruid met peper en zout. Extra smaak? Laat de olie eerst trekken met een paar takjes verse rozemarijn. 🌿
4️⃣ Grill ze op de BBQ tot ze mooi goudbruin en krokant zijn.
👉 Welke aardappelen gebruikten wij? Onze 𝘃𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗸𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲, natuurlijk!

🥔 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗕𝗤? 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘄!!

With a few 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀, you can turn baby potatoes into a delicious side dish for any barbecue. 😋
1️⃣ Boil the baby potatoes until they’re just underdone, then let them cool completely.
2️⃣ Thread them onto a skewer. This makes it easy to flip them on the barbecue.
3️⃣ Brush them with sunflower oil and season with salt and pepper. Want extra flavor? Let the oil infuse with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary first. 🌿
4️⃣ Grill them on the BBQ until they’re a nice golden brown and crispy.

In 𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟰 openden we onze tweede aardappelautomaat, aan de 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟵 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗱𝗲.
Het succes van onze eerste automaat gaf ons het vertrouwen om verder uit te breiden. Zo konden nog meer mensen uit de buurt en ons dorp genieten van verse aardappelen, recht van bij de boer.

Ook vandaag kan je hier 24/7 terecht voor onze Primeurs, Bintjes, Frietaardappelen en andere producten uit ons assortiment.

In 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟰, we opened our second potato vending machine at 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟵 in 𝗟𝗲𝗱𝗲.
The success of our first vending machine gave us the confidence to expand further. This allowed even more people from the neighborhood and our village to enjoy fresh potatoes, straight from the farm.

Even today, you can stop by here 24/7 for our early-season potatoes, Bintjes, french fry potatoes, and other products from our selection.

🌼 𝗡𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝗸 𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻...

Sommige akkers zaaien we bewust in met een bloemenmengsel van onder andere mosterd, zonnebloemen en Phacelia.
𝗪𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗺?
🌱 Om onze bodem te voeden en gezond te houden.
🐝 Om bijen en andere nuttige insecten van voedsel te voorzien.
🌼 Om de biodiversiteit op en rond onze akkers te stimuleren.

Zo zorgen we niet alleen voor onze oogst van vandaag, maar ook voor die van morgen.
Goed voor de natuur, goed voor onze bodem en goed voor de toekomst.

We deliberately plant some fields with a mix of flowers, including mustard, sunflowers, and bee forage.
𝗪𝗵𝘆?
🌱 To nourish our soil and keep it healthy.
🐝 To provide food for bees and other beneficial insects.
🌼 To promote biodiversity in and around our fields.

This way, we’re not only taking care of today’s harvest, but also tomorrow’s.
Good for nature, good for our soil, and good for the future.

Een prachtig zicht, maar ook een teken dat de planten het goed doen.
Terwijl wij genieten van de bloemen, groeien onder de grond de aardappelen rustig verder.
Nog even geduld... dan is het opnieuw tijd om te oogsten. 🥔

It’s a beautiful sight, but it’s also a sign that the plants are doing well.
While we enjoy the flowers, the potatoes continue to grow quietly underground.
