Anse keeps baking!! 🍪

Where one story ends, another begins. At Lauza's, Anse could turn to her good-humored energy into a passion for baking. Her enthusiasm created a warm atmosphere, great conversations, delicious brownies and even a new cookie recipe in 2025. Now her cookies sell out every day at our store 🥵.

Now that Lauza’s is about to close, Anse is happy to continue the hospitality of Lauza's with her own cookie store: Koeske van eigen deeg.

A sweet chapter is coming to and end 🥲

After 2 unforgettable years, it’s time for us to say goodbye to our shop in Leuven.

While this feels bittersweet, we’re mostly feeling grateful. Grateful for every face that walked through our door, the chats, the happy chewing noises and lots of laughter. Our customers made Lauza’s more than a browniebakery, you made it home.

Though our shop is closing, you can still visit us during July for your favorite iced drink, a cookie or brownie.
