After a brief rest, I finally have the energy to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the friends who supported me during the “Fomer President Tsai Ing-Wen 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen” party.
First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank the Taiwan in the EU and Belgium for giving me this rare opportunity to participate in such an extraordinary event. Thank you for choosing me, trusting me, and encouraging me. A special thanks to Richard Liu, 33, 胤融, and 奕婷 for your unwavering support and warmth, both before and after the event. Your hard work is truly appreciated!
Secondly, I want to extend my deep gratitude to my amazing staff. The day before the event, you helped prepare dinner for 60 people and 35 takeout orders, and stayed late into the night to clean up. The next morning, you were back at the shop bright and early to assist again. Without your dedication, I could never have completed this task alone. We absolutely need to have an after-party to celebrate together!
Next, I want to thank my spiritual pillars, my all good friends in Taiwan. Even though I couldn’t reveal too much, you continued to give me endless support and encouragement. Despite the physical distance, your blessings crossed the ocean and deeply touched my heart.
I also want to thank the owner and chef of . Cookery 烹然私廚 for generously discussing the menu with me and providing invaluable advice, which made the event even more successful.
Additionally, I want to thank the team of former President Tsai for their friendly and reassuring venue inspection two days in advance, which greatly eased my nerves.
Furthermore, a big thank you to ShuShu family’s take care my daughter on Wednesday. She had so much fun and said she can’t wait to visit again!
Of course, I must also thank my beloved daughter Eliana. Your thoughtfulness and sweetness moved me to tears several times during the hectic period. I love you beyond words, and you are my greatest strength.
And to my dear husband, thank you for your unconditional support and companionship. Although we sometimes have disagreements, I believe we are both striving for a better future together.
Lastly, I would like to thank the media, especially 中央社新聞粉絲團 and鏡新聞, for your interviews. A special shoutout to Yiting from 鏡新聞, a fellow alumna from same high school. It was such a delightful surprise to reconnect! I wish you all great success in the journalism field.
I am also grateful to all the friends who have supported and blessed me throughout this journey. This experience has taught me that individual achievements are the result of collective teamwork. Every person working behind the scenes plays an indispensable role, and I want to give a heartfelt thank you to every one of you. You deserve to be recognized!
