Terroir is man made and demands as many hard work as the destruction of it. People invest enormous amounts of money and energy in the destruction of that single important resource: living soil. We try to set an example to the opposite with our vineyards without tillage and without the use of any pesticide whatsoever, not even copper and sulfur.
