Valke Vleug Winery is a contemporary Belgian Winery, designed by renowned Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen.

It is located in Liezele, Puurs-St-Amands in the heart of Belgium and the home of Vinetiq, a cool climate wine company.

Incredibly proud! Our sparkling wine ‘Valke Vleug Brut 2021’ has just won a gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, a prestigious international competition. It is a tremendous honor, and we thank everyone on the team who made this possible!

As spring slowly gives way to summer, the vineyard enters one of its most important stages: flowering

It is a critical period where the infloressences develop tiny little flowers. These flowers are self polinating, so no bees are neccesary to help turn the flowers into berries.

We hope for soft, dry weather so the spread of pollen won’t be disrupted by rain or heavy winds.

The success of the flowering period has a big influence of our final harvest volume!

For three days, Chef Thijs Meliefste* brought his cuisine to Valke Vleug Winery for a Wine & Dine experience.

Paired with Valke Vleug wines and a curated selection by Vinetiq, each course explored the connection between season, origin and craftsmanship.

A weekend centred around wine, cuisine and shared moments at the table.

Last Saturday, we welcomed our Members for a tasting “Van Eigen Valke Vleug bodem”.

An afternoon centred around asparagus and wine, both grown from the same soil. Guests explored the vineyard and asparagus field and enjoyed a tasting of our Valke Vleug cuvées alongside a selection of Vinetiq cool climate wines, carefully paired with the season.
