Having practiced organic farming for 20 years, our agricultural practices and philosophy aim to produce excellent quality food and distribute it through short supply chains, all while respecting nature. 🐶 🌱

The apple juice from is made from a conservation orchard (un verger de conservation). A conservation orchard is an orchard where varieties are cultivated to prevent them from disappearing. Therefore, today we cultivate nearly 35 varieties of forgotten apples on almost 2.5 hectares, which gives our apple juice its unique taste! 🫶
