At 37degrees celcius the cows were feeling a bit overheated. They were only out for half a day and we brought them in before peak heat.

But because there wasnt much wind, even inside the Goshala they were a bit overheated. As we checked out security camera to see the condition of the cows, we noticed some heavy breathing. So we went down and gave each cow a fresh shower .. at first they got a bit startled but they soon started to like it and stay under the stream of water our Goshala manager and head cowherder was providing.

It is always a bit tricky to get nice shots of different things in the Goshala, but we wanted to show you a little snippet.

We also are looking to install fans in the Goshala, and will let you know about the project.

This is how our cows look after their second day back out in the field 🌿🐄
After 5 months of winter shelter, they’re finally enjoying the fresh air, sunshine, and grass just the way they love it.

Nothing better than seeing them like this: calm, strong, and happy 💚
