🇮🇹 A nice stop during our Italian road trip!

Yesterday, I visited Mr Malt, our Italian distribution partner. It was a pleasure to tour their impressive facilities and learn more about their operations.

Seeing the people and companies behind the supply chain reminds us that great beer starts with strong partnerships and a shared passion for brewing.

Thanks for the warm welcome, and we look forward to many more years of cooperation between Mouterij Dingemans and Mr Malt. 🍻

🌾 From field to craftsmanship in your glass 🍺

Yesterday, we welcomed farmers, brewers and researchers to the Grow2Brew event at Proefhoeve Bottelare.

The strong turnout and engaging discussions showed a genuine interest across the entire value chain in developing locally grown brewing barley in Flanders. Together, we explored how regenerative agriculture and local barley production can contribute to a more sustainable and resilient brewing sector.

The interactive discussions, field visit and networking reception created valuable exchanges between farmers, brewers and us as a maltster, highlighting the importance of collaboration throughout the chain.

A sincere thank you to everyone who participated, shared insights and contributed to the conversation.

Throwback to an unforgettable trip to CBC in Philadelphia one month ago!

Great Beers, inspiring conversations and a lot of passion for brewing all gathered in one place. From reconnecting with familiar faces to discovering new ideas and trends - CBC one again reminded us why this industry is so special!🍻

Proud to represent Belgian malt and craftmanship abroad, and already looking forward to the next edition in San Antonio!

On the last day we did a very short visit of Minneapolis, before heading back home, visiting Northbound Brewery and Surly Brewing Company

Profiel:
- Je behaalde een bachelor of master diploma met wetenschappelijke achtergrond.
- Je hebt interesse in de voedingsindustrie en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
- Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring.
- Je werkt zorgvuldig, zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
- Je bent flexibel.
- Je werkt proactief en efficiënt op het vlak van planning en organisatie.
- Je bent administratief sterk en het schrikt jou niet af.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden en kan zich vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Engels. Basiskennis Frans is mooi mee genomen.

Uw functie:
- Je zorgt mee voor een continue verbetering van het kwaliteitsbeleid (HACCP/FSSC22000/BIO/FCA/…).
- Alle klachten (klanten/leveranciers) worden door jou geregistreerd en in samenwerking met de productieverantwoordelijken behandeld en opgevolgd.
- Je begeleidt de klanten-audits.
- Je initieert en volgt de indienstname van nieuwe installaties op kwaliteitsniveau op.
- Je bent op regelmatige basis in contact met onze klanten.
- Je werkt actief aan sensibilisering, motivatie en opleiding van alle medewerkers op het vlak van kwaliteit (hygiëne, werkinstructies, productspecificaties, …).
- Je staat in voor de kwaliteitscontrole van het productieproces.
