Tasting of the day : a really nice gem from an underrated appellation 🍷

Grapes 🍇 : 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc❗️
👁️ Bright ruby red color with tuiled reflections❗️
👃 Fruity and rich nose. Aromas of ripe black fruits, blackberries, blueberries, cassis, black cherry, cacao, cedar, to***co, vanilla and leather with peppery notes❗️
👅 Fresh and complex in the mouth. Well-structured, supple, round, velveted, fruity, rich and ample with melted tannins on the palate. Flavors of black fruits, ripe red fruits, prune, jam, black olive, smoked, coffee and cloves. Long finish on black fruit coulis❗️
Another really nice quality for the price‼️

🇫🇷3 jours intenses au cœur de la Vénétie pour une appellation assez ouf : Consorzio di Tutela del Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG

Entre vignerons passionnés, des pentes à 70% pour des mollets de compétition qui feraient rougir le Tour de France et des vins d’une grande précision… on s’est clairement régalé 🤩

J’étais à deux doigts de signer pour une maison de vacances mais le banquier m’a stoppé façon tacle les deux pieds décollés 😅

Entre tension, gourmandise et fraîcheur, je ne verrai plus le Prosecco comme avant 🤩
Et dire que certains pensent que le Prosecco c’est pour le Spritz… Losers 😂😂

Between passionate w**emakers, 70% inclines that gave us Tour de France-level calves, and w**es of insane precision… we absolutely loved every second of it 🤩

I was this close to signing for a holiday home, but my banker hit me with a two-footed tackle 😅

Between tension, richness, and vibrant freshness, I’ll never look at Prosecco the same way again 🤩
And to think some people still believe Prosecco is only meant for Spritzes… Losers 😂😂
