We are proud to recognise World Food Safety Day as an important moment for our business.

While food safety is at the heart of everything we do, every day of the year, this occasion gives us a valuable opportunity to bring that commitment to life across our workforce.

This year, our sites have marked the day with a range of engaging activities, including quizzes, “spot the hazard” challenges, and other interactive events designed to reinforce awareness and celebrate best practice.

We would like to sincerely thank our colleagues across the business for their continued dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food safety in every product we make. Your commitment underpins our success and the trust our customers place in us.

It's World Donut Day and if you ask us, it deserves a proper celebration.

From our production site in Delmenhorst, Germany and our facility in the UK on the Wirral, we produce millions of doughnuts every year. They make their way to retail shelves, foodservice operations and wholesale customers in more than 30 markets around the world.

As a true core item of our American Sweet Bakery range portfolio, we have built a broad and highly versatile doughnut assortment over the years - designed to deliver consistent quality, strong shelf appeal and reliable performance at scale.

With doughnuts being a product consumers genuinely love and enjoy for so many occasions, they continue to be a true growth driver for our customers, making today the perfect reason to celebrate them.

We are excited to announce the exclusive launch of Oreo Cookie Cups into Subway from 3rd June.
With a dark cocoa base filled with vanilla crème, topped with Oreo crumb, the new Oreo Cookie Cups will be available for a limited period across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, designed to bring excitement and newness to the menu this season.

We’re bringing the Cinnabon ® experience to Manchester! 🤎✨

Join us on Thursday 28th May at Exchange Square, Manchester from 10am-3pm (or until we run out!) for a special sampling event where you can try our delicious Cinnabon® doughnuts and muffins for FREE 🎉

Inspired by Cinnabon’s iconic cinnamon rolls and signature cream cheese-style icing, our doughnuts and muffins are packed with that unmistakable, indulgent cinnamon flavour you know and love, now in a convenient fresh bakery format.

There’ll also be games and prizes up for grabs, including mugs and tote bags, so make sure you come down early and don’t miss out!

We’re excited to be launching Cinnabon® Doughnuts and Muffins, inspired by the brand’s iconic cinnamon rolls and signature cream cheese flavour frosting, all in a convenient take‑home format, designed for in‑store fresh bakery.

This marks the start of a new licensing partnership between Baker & Baker and the globally recognised Cinnabon, initially launching in the UK and bringing the world‑famous cinnamon brand into fresh bakery for the first time.

Launching at -op and Asda in May, just in time for National Doughnut Week, with in‑store activation, PR and consumer sampling to support and more to come! 🎉
