Tokyo – January 2026 🍽️
This January 2026, a delegation of Chefs spent 10 days in Tokyo to evaluate the quality of Japanese food products, as part of the Monde Selection evaluation process.
Throughout these tasting sessions, the outstanding reputation of Japanese companies for quality, precision and consistency was once again confirmed.
We thank the chefs, the Embassy and all our partners for these incredible culinary moments .
