Thank You!! Water-Europe

Twice on Stage For SME & watergovernance!!

Empowering. " The next BIG thing, will be lots of SMALL things"

Employing a strategy akin to solar panels, these small-scale NBS operate locally off-grid from extensive distribution systems, are fit-for-purpose designed and ensure correct operation through online data management. This service presents a faster, more resilient, and cost-effective alternative to traditional rural sewerage systems.
A pioneering case recently received the Henry Van de Velde Award in the environment category. This prestigious award, focusing on well-considered design, has bolstered confidence in small off-grid wastewater treatments. In addition, notable regulatory advancements, coupled with the emphasis on NBS within EU taxonomy, alongside efforts to address the convergence of megatrends such as water scarcity, climate change, sustainability, and digitalization, will fuel the growth potential of NBS and drive international market expansion in the foreseeable future. The company's aspiration in the upcoming years is to achieve EU leadership in this specialized niche, especially considering that 45% of the world's population still lacks access to sufficient treatment facilities (WHO).

Very warm for all involved in the belief and the action putting Nature-Based 2.0 on the track! For all not Yet envolved, welcome!! 😉
