Винарският кооператив в Брестовица възниква през 1908г. А през 30те години на XX век негов правоприемник става Винарска изба „Брестовица“. Създадена е по проект на френски инженери и представлява класически образец на френската надземна изба. Разполага с годишен капацитет от 4 000 000 литра, което я прави признат и надежден винопроизводител на местния пазар. Brestovitsa winemaking co-operative ori

ginated back in 1908 in the generous Thracian Valley. In the late 1930s the cooperative upgraded into winery, built following the classic French aboveground cellar model. Currently the winery’s annual production capacity comes to 4,000,000 liters of wine which makes it a recognized and reliable winemaker on the local market.
