Blue Gate Camping Farm We're a small camping farm, surrounded by forests and meadows. Welcome to Blue Gate Farm. We are not able to accommodate large (6m+) motorhomes and the like.

We are a small family owned and operated farm with spots available for camping. Nestled in the rolling hills and green pastures of western Bulgaria we are the perfect place to escape into nature. Given our terrain and desire to keep our land as natural and undeveloped as possible we are best suited to small caravans, vans, roof top tents, tent trailers, and tents. Blue Gate Farm sits at the very e

dge of our quiet village and offers a unique, relaxing, and private environment. We are surrounded by pastures for cows and horses and they help do their part in making a wonderful system of trails perfect for exploring the surrounding wilderness, creeks or the 3 lakes that our small quaint village boasts. On hot summer days enjoy a refreshing swim in our above ground pool, sunbath or hide in the shade of our magical little forest. Fully relax as you prepare dinner on the BBQ while the children play in the forest playground or jump on the trampoline, later tell stories around the campfire and marvel at the stars.

On the night of August 12, look up — the Perseid Meteor Shower will be lighting up the summer sky! ✨

Far from the bright lights of the city, Blue Gate Camping Farm is the perfect place to settle into your camping chair, enjoy the mountain air and watch the shooting stars overhead. ⛺

And this year is extra special: the Perseids peak under a New Moon, giving us wonderfully dark skies for stargazing. ⭐

We're delighted to introduce a little thank-you for our guests aged 65+.

From now on, guests aged 65+ pay just €3 per person per night (our regular adult rate is €5), a saving of €2 per person.

Your accommodation fee still applies:
🚐 Car, campervan, caravan & rooftop tent: €13/night
⛺ Tent camping: €12/night

Simply mention the 65+ discount when you check in or pay.

For just 40€ a night you can rent Casa Calabasa. Situated beside our pumpkin patch, it has a private yard and parking. Inside you will find everything you need for a home away from home. A comfy queen sized bed, fridge, hot plate, microwave, and it's fully equipped with pots pans and basic kitchen necessities. There is also a washroom and small pullout couch suitable for small children. All towels and bedding are provided. A huge thank you to my brother and his friends, who came all the way from Canada to help make it happen. They worked through snow, rain, and sunshine, taught us so much, and helped create spaces our guests are already enjoying.
