Bonovski Barrels is a Bulgarian manufacturer of wooden barrels designed for the storage and aging of wine, brandy, whisky and other spirits. Our production combines traditional cooperage craftsmanship with carefully selected high-quality wood.

Our barrels are made from naturally seasoned white oak, which undergoes a 36-month natural drying process. This ensures the stability of the wood, optimal oxygen exchange and excellent conditions for the aging and development of the flavor profile of beverages.
