Earlier this week, 2,500 guests stopped by the Bay Kiosk at Union Station to sip on samples of Bermuda’s National Drink: the Dark n’ Stormy® to celebrate National Rum Day.

Visitors were also given a little piece of Bermuda to take home with them in the form of a Cocktail Recipe Card featuring both the Dark n’ Stormy® and Rum Swizzle.

Goslings Limited, in partnership with Hennessy, was proud to send bartender Stefan Dill to Miami to represent Bermuda in the Hennessy MyWay Bartender Competition, a global challenge that celebrates creativity, sustainability, and the art of storytelling through cocktails.

Stefan’s signature creation, Liquid Gold, was inspired by the spirit of Bermuda and crafted with sustainability at its core.

“This cocktail is designed with sustainability in mind—using the whole mango, locally inspired ingredients, and minimal-waste techniques to complement the character of Hennessy while reflecting the spirit of Bermuda.”
