OA FOODS LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claims and Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance and Customer Operations team. This role combines responsibilities in claims management, accounts receivable control, and customer follow-up, ensuring accurate processing, timely resolution, and proper financial tracking.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Claims Management
* Analyze customer claims related to billing, delivery, or service discrepancies.
* Coordinate with billing, logistics, and customer service teams.
* Communicate with clients (in English and Spanish) regarding claim status.
* Track claims and report on resolution status and recurring trends.
* Escalate unresolved or high-impact issues to management.
Accounts Receivable & Collections
* Maintain accurate records of receivables and incoming payments.
* Follow up on overdue accounts and support collection efforts.
* Resolve invoice disputes with the billing team.
* Prepare AR reports and assist with monthly closing.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in claims processing, accounts receivable, or billing.
Basic accounting knowledge and financial documentation handling.
Intermediate English level (especially reading and writing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
