Minas Gerais is the main coffee producing State in Brazil, accounting for half the country’s production.The western part of the state, called Cerrado, is a high plateau with a continental climate.This is where Brazil’s best natural coffee beans are produced and loved by European, American and Asian coffee roasters for the finest espresso blends. Capim Branco Estate coffee is one of the oldest” Estate Coffees in Brazil since 1901.The new generation of Andrade family established their coffee farms in this region during the 70’s with the aim of producing high quality beans. At an altitude between 3.600 and 4.000 feet, conditions are ideal for growing coffee, with perfect balance of wet and dry seasons.The correct husbandry of the plantations produce uniform blossoming and maturation, creating excellent conditions for natural drying process. The final result is a green coffee bean that will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and discriminating consumers in the world .
