TERIYAKI MUSHROOM STEAK😋follow us for more vegan asian recipes ☺️

Teriyaki steak-with oyster mushrooms!!😋 just with simple ingredients you can make your own teriyaki sauce at home, besides that you only need oyster mushrooms and garlic😎 the mushroom steaks are super juicy and tasty, give this recipe a try and you will definitely love it as much as we do😋

🌈Ingredients
Oyster Mushrooms 500g
Garlic 3 Cloves
Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
Vegan Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Mirin 5 tbsp
Sake 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 100ml
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Scallion 1 Stalk
Oil

🌈Recipe
1.Separate the oyster mushrooms layer by layer.Chop the garlic finely, cut scallion into small pieces. Add soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, corn starch and water to a bowl, mix everything well.
2.Heat up the wok/pan(medium heat), when it’s hot enough add oil, add the oyster mushrooms, pan-fry until both sides are brown and slightly crispy. Take them out.
4.Add garlic to the wok, stir for 15s then add oyster mushrooms again, add the teriyaki sauce and let it cook over medium-low heat.
5.Let the mushrooms cook for about another 2-3 mins until most of the sauce is absorbed by the mushrooms. Sprinkle the scallion on and enjoy😋

Hell’s Ramen🌶️🥵 follow us for more vegan Asian recipes

We made Hell’s Ramen today, for anyone who loves spicy, we dare you to try this recipe😌
Originating from Japan’s love for extreme spice challenges, this ramen turns up the heat with homemade chili oil(you can use more chillies or less depending on how spicy you can eat), and experience the burn every bite brings- in a delicious way😋 This is a perfect bowl of noodles for a cold day, definitely will warm you up🥵.

Ingredients(for 2 bowls)

for chili oil:
canola oil
bird’s eye chillies 10
3 garlic cloves
ginger 15g
half of a medium-sized onion
chili flakes 1 tbsp
cayenne chili powder 1 tbsp
five-spice powder 1 tsp
salt ⅓ tsp
sugar 1 tsp

smoked tofu 200g
fresh ramen 400g/ dried ramen 250g
Vegetable broth 600ml
seasoned bamboo shoots(menma) 100g
canned corn 4 tbsp
1 scallion, sliced
1 nori sheet, cut into 4 pieces

1. Chop the chillies, garlic, ginger and onion. Slice the smoked tofu
2. Heat up a pan over medium heat, once hot add half of the oil and smoked tofu, pan-fry until both sides are slightly golden, remove.
3. Add the remaining oil, garlic, ginger and onion, stir until aromatic, add chillies, stir for 1-2 mins, add chili flakes, salt and sugar, stir for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat, add chili powder and five-spice, mix well. Blend the chili oil with a kitchen processor until smooth.
4. Between two bowls, divide the vegetable broth and add 2-3 tbsp chili oil to each bowl(add more if you can eat more spicy)
5. Cook the ramen according to package instructions. Divide the noodles between the bowls, top with smoked tofu, seasoned bamboo shoots, corn, scallion and nori.

Sizzling Tofu 鐵板豆腐 Hi guys 👋 we are sharing the recipe of one of our favorite street foods in China which is vegan by itself - sizzling tofu, the tofu is pan-fried on a flat hot plate and seasoned with spices, it’s such a comfort food especially in winter😋

🌈Ingredients(
Tender Tofu 300g
Ground Cumin 2 tbsp
Chili Powder 2 tbsp
5 Spices 2 tsp
Scallion 2 Stalks
Coriander 1 Stalk(optional)
Salt 1 tsp
Oil

🌈Recipe
1.Slice the block of tofu(each slice about 0.5-0.8mm thick). Cut the scallion and coriander into small pieces. If you have cumin seeds, smack them before using.
2.heat up a flat, non-stick pan with medium-high heat, when the pan is hot, add oil, add the tofu, pan fry for 1-2 minutes until one side is slightly crispy, flip it carefully. On the tofu, sprinkle the cumin, chili powder, 5 spices and salt evenly.
3.cook for 2-3 mins more, add scallion and coriander, enjoy 😋
