2014 and Counting ❤️

What a journey it has been!

We first opened our doors in June 2014 in Marsh Harbour, Abaco. From there, we moved to Green Turtle Cay, where we proudly operated for over five years, serving our community and sharing our passion for food.

Later, we returned to mainland Marsh Harbour and joined Baker’s Bay, where I worked as a Sushi Chef while continuing to host pop-ups whenever opportunities arose.

In 2019, life brought unexpected challenges. The devastation of the hurricane, followed by the COVID-19 pandemic, led us to relocate to South Carolina, USA, where we spent over two years rebuilding and adapting.

Eventually, we found our way back home to The Bahamas and settled in Freeport, Grand Bahama. It was here that we relaunched Laure’s Kitchen through farmers markets, private catering, family food drop-offs, pop-ups, and special events.

Today, we are still going strong, doing what we love and sharing our food with all of you.

To every customer, friend, family member, event organizer, and supporter who has been part of this journey—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your continued encouragement, loyalty, and support have made this possible. Without you, we would not be here today, celebrating 12 years and counting.

Here’s to many more years of serving our community and creating delicious memories together.
