The Crab Shack was a small business started by Tomasinia Simms in the 1990's. The family venture which included her children provided not only a source of income to the Simms's household, but in stilled in her children her proper work ethics. Today The Crab Shack can been seen and major cultural festivals around the Island, and Tommy's Crab Delights have traveled the world enticing the taste buds
