Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and brilliance of women across the world. 🌍✨

At The Inclusion Hub , we are especially proud of the women who continue to break barriers, lead change, nurture communities, and advocate for inclusion and equality. Every step taken by a woman toward opportunity, education, and empowerment brings us closer to a more just and inclusive society.

As we mark International Women’s Day, we reaffirm our commitment to uplifting women and girls — including those living with disabilities — ensuring that no voice is left unheard and no potential is left unrealized.

Here’s to women who rise, women who lead, and women who create impact every single day. 💜

We sure did shut the silence on sexual assault in Francistown!

One of the most humbling moments of this entire journey was seeing the youth of Francistown show up in overwhelming numbers. Our initial plan was to engage at least 50 young people — but instead, the number tripled! 🙌🏽

We didn’t just have conversations about sexual assault and gender-based violence. We created a space to empower, equip, and uplift. We held sessions on grant applications, shared practical opportunities and resources, and encouraged the youth to see themselves as part of the solution — as leaders, innovators, and changemakers in their own communities.

A massive thank you to our grantor — the Reciprocal Exchange Program under the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders — for believing in this vision and helping us bring it to life.

To Brandee L. Alexander - MPA, CHW-C and Emily Voss, thank you for crossing oceans to stand with me. Your passion, commitment, and wisdom made this project not only possible but deeply impactful.

Special shoutout to our incredible facilitators Mona-Lisa Danieli Mungure and Charlotte Ruwona (née Siya), whose sessions brought depth, healing, and practical tools to support survivors and promote mental health.

Francistown, your voice is louder now — and we’re just getting started.
