Change of dinner plans? No problem! Even if your chicken was previously frozen, it is completely safe to refreeze it under the right conditions.
If your chicken was was completely defrosted in the refrigerator and kept cold, you can still refreeze it within 2 days of thawing.

Home-made Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
• 500 g Richmark Chicken breast, cut into bite-size cubes
• 1 cup flour
• 2 Notwane Eggs, beaten
• 1½ cups breadcrumbs
• Oil for frying
• Salt & pepper

Method:
1. Season chicken cubes.
2. Coat in flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
3. Fry in hot oil (170–180°C) for 3–4 minutes, turning until golden.

Drain on paper towel.

No blenders — real chicken, real texture.

Poached Eggs

Ingredients:
• Notwane Eggs
• Water
• 1 tsp vinegar

Method:
1. Bring water to a gentle simmer (no rolling boil).
2. Add vinegar to the water.
3. Stir the water to create a slow-spinning vortex.
4. Crack egg into the middle of the vortex and watch the white wrap around the yolk.
5. Cook 2½–3 minutes. and remove with slotted spoon.

The secret? Gentle water, not rushing.
