The Diamond Dan clan had a good day at the mahalapye show this past weekend 🔥💪🏾, we took 3 dogs and all of them managed to place 🙌🏾.

Diamond Dan Bodacious 🐂
🥇 class 3A (males 6-9 months old)
He was also crowned the Sub-junior champion male 🥇 (males from 6 weeks to 9 months)

Diamond Dan Lapelo ❤️
🥈 class 3B (females 6-9 months old)
She was also crowned the sun- junior champion female 🥈 (females from 6 weeks to 9 months)

Diamond Dan Mgulugudu 🦍
🥉 class 8A (males 2-5 years)
🥈 in the family class

That time of the year for our semi-annaual vaccines, we vaccinate our animals twice a year that’s in April/May then again in October/November depending on our lambing/kidding that season. We usually vaccinate against pulpy kidney disease and pasturellosis as those are the biggest killers of small stock. We usually use oviclos P, unfortunately it was nowhere to be found this time around 🤦🏾‍♂️ and we had to improvise and buy two separate vaccines that cover the aforementioned diseases, it was a long and tedious day but we managed 💪🏾. Death = loss of breeding stock or culls to sell to sustain the others.

We are located in masimo a Letlapeng (about 15km north malwelwe), that’s in Letlhakeng area. Andile (74564388), Theo (74656399).

We had a successful showing this past weekend weekend 😁, all the dogs we took to the show managed to place 🙌🏾.
1. Diamond Dan Lapelo - 🥇in class 1A (8 -12 weeks females).
2. Diamond Dan Mei Mei -🥈 in class 1A (8 -12 weeks females).
3. Diamond Dan Pelonomi - 🥉 in class 1A (8 -12 weeks females).
4. Diamond Dan Bodacious- 🥇 in class 1B (8 -12 weeks males).
5. Diamond Dan Black - 🥈 in class 9B (over 5 years males).
6. Josmot Trump - 🥇 in the family class, he’s the current sire to our current 2 litters and top winners 😁🙌🏾

The seasons are changing so one has to prepare for the change properly. There are certain diseases that come with the seasonal changes. The stress that come with seasonal change can cause various illnesses like pasteurellosis leading to pneumonia and other illements associated with it.

Our fighter against such diseases is the Ovi Clos P vaccine. It covers about 6 different clodistridium diseases which are; Pulpy Kidney, Malignant Oedema, Blackleg, Tetanus, Pneumonic and Septicaemic Pasteurellosis.
