POSITION: Head Chef / Kitchen In-Charge

Satvik Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Chef who can independently manage and run the entire kitchen, specializing in Indian traditional vegetarian and Jain cuisine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, prepare, and oversee complete kitchen operations
• Cook authentic Indian vegetarian and Jain dishes
• Ensure strict compliance with Jain food guidelines (no onion, garlic, root vegetables, etc.)
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff, duty rosters, and workflow
• Control inventory, food cost, and minimize wastage
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as Head Chef / Kitchen In-Charge
