We were in Maun this past Saturday continuing to teach more people how to grow plants without soil.

We had participants from Junior Ranger Botswana and who teach children hydroponics at Botswelelo Primary School. Through this initiative they have allowed the students to learn by doing while growing food and it’s a demonstration of what young people can contribute to their communities when given the right tools and support.

After the recent rains we went to check an installation we completed in March at Block 7.

We installed 2 systems the Gutter System and the Grow Bag System.

Both systems sit on a 6by6 shade structure with the Gutter System holding 200 plants and the Grow Bag System holding 60 plants.
